Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and machining processes.
- Improve cycle time, productivity, quality, and tool life.
- Prepare and maintain process sheets, SOPs, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Provide technical support to production and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of CNC Turning, Milling, and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T.;
- Experience in process development, tooling, and fixture concepts.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in process optimization and productivity improvement projects.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
