Essential Qualifications for Professor (OBG/Mental Health)
- Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Nursing ( Nursing) in the concerned specialty (i.e., OBG Nursing or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing) with at least 55% marks.
- Doctorate Requirement: A Ph.D. in Nursing is highly desirable or essential for the position of Professor in most institutions.
- Experience:
- Professor: Total 10 years of experience with (Nursing), including at least 5 years of teaching experience, usually in a collegiate program.
- Professor-cum-Vice Principal: 12 years experience with (N), with 10 years teaching experience.
- Professor-cum-Principal: 15 years experience with (N), with 12 years teaching experience.
- Registration: Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (R.N.R.M.) with the State Nursing Council.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per year
