Mischief Monkey is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with strong accounting knowledge and excellent Excel skills. The candidate should be confident in handling day-to-day accounts, billing, GST, invoices, payment tracking, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, purchase entries, and payment records
- Handle GST-related work, invoice reconciliation, and filing support
- Track vendor payments, customer payments, and outstanding balances
- Maintain expense records, bank statements, and account reconciliation
- Prepare reports using Excel for payments, expenses, sales, purchases, and outstanding balances
- Work with formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data sorting, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with vendors,



customers, and internal teams for payment follow-ups
- Keep all accounting documents properly organized and updated

Requirements:

- Prior experience in accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel is a must
- Positive knowledge of Tally, GST, invoicing, and basic taxation
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports in Excel with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing accounts will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,556.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
