The studio offers programs such as yoga, dance, fitness, and activity-based learning for children and women, fostering confidence, well-being, and overall growth in a secure and engaging environment.

Location: Soulsprout Studio, Byculla , Mumbai

Experience: 6 Month to 3+ years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days ( Monday to Friday any one day week-off)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development professional who is willing to go extra miles to drive marketing initiatives and business growth for the studio through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:





● Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

● Manage social media platforms and content strategy

● Generate leads and drive enrollments for studio programs

● Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and local networks

● Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas

● Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and outreach activities

● Track campaign performance and optimize for better results

Requirements:

● 6 months to 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development

● Excellent communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills

● Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics

● Ability to work independently and meet targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
