Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business requirements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address client challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

- Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
