Your daily practice balances the creative adrenaline of shooting luxury Indian weddings with the quiet ritual of post- production. You will make raw vows, booming shehnai bands, and twinkling mehndi dance floors into alluring keepsake films for modern families.
Daily collaboration is paramount. You will partner with DOPs, skilled cameramen, and visionary editors to brainstorm imagery, compose shots, assemble edits, and deliver films that elevate common memory to art, leaving parents and brides in awe for generations. The environment is thrilling, and residual art endures.
Core Duties:
- Capture real emotion with high-end cameras, gimbals, and drones, threading agile intimacy through every shot.
- Sync with art directors for storyboards, colour palettes, and shot lists, anticipating bridal dreams.
- Weave raw footage into tight, artistically paced edits that honour the couple and the culture.
- Optimize every scene with professional audio,
luxurious lighting, and carefully noted ritual significance.
- Generate high-quality storytelling despite high guest counts’ live, ritualistic pace.
- Structure films that honor every ritual, heft every choreographer’s ankle bell ring, and turn individual experiences into collectible art.
Qualifications:
- A credential in Visual Communication or Indian Mass Communication is advantageous; a creative heart is essential.
- A fervent passion for film techniques, colour grading, and audio editing.
- Define ritualistic Indian celebrations
Exceptional interpersonal aptitude—skilled in establishing rapport with couples to ensure natural presence on camera. Comprehensive command of both DSLR and mirrorless cinematography, coupled with proficiency in gimbals, stabilizers, audio capture, and advanced lighting rigging.
Fluent in curatorial trends, seamlessly integrating Bollywood and contemporary English musical cues to enrich narrative arcs. Advanced mastery of post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, empowering precise narrative assembly.
Track record of translating conceptual anticipations into habitual innovations, delivering bespoke storytelling on each occasion. Thoroughly comprehend contemporary film formats, codec specifications, and cutting-edge capture methodologies.
