Job Title: Accountant (Full-Time)

Location: Undri, Pune
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally
- Manage society accounts including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
- Handle GST, TDS, and basic statutory documentation (training can be provided)
- Manage accounting activities through the MyGate platform
- Coordinate with society committee members, vendors, and residents regarding financial matters




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime
- Familiarity with MyGate (preferred)
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
