Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our fuel retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring fuel sales and inventory reconciliations, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Or as per the company software
- Record and reconcile daily fuel sales, cash collections, UPI/POS transactions, and bank deposits.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Verify fuel stock, inventory movements, and daily sales reports.
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
