Candidate Experienced in accounting for jewellery store/ company are required for our newly launched Customized Fine Jewellery Studio situated in Adyar.

For experienced Candidate package depends accordingly.

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Record and verify purchase and sales entries for gold, diamond, silver, and precious jewellery
- Maintain accurate stock accounting including gold weight reconciliation, purity calculations, wastage, and making charges
- Monitor daily cash transactions and perform bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, and customer ledger reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Deduct TDS as per applicable sections and ensure timely payment through the Income Tax Department portal
- File quarterly TDS returns
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely tax payment




- Maintain proper statutory compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing procedures
- Experience in jewellery accounting (gold rate calculation, wastage, making charges, etc.)
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
