- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Fintech, NBFC, or Banking Operations.
- Strong understanding of:
- End-to-end loan lifecycle (origination to closure)
- Payment systems (UPI, NEFT, IMPS)
- KYC and AML processes
- Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards, and CRM tools.
