Role & Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit

& Loss, and Cash Flow).

 Support financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.

 Handle Balance Sheet finalization, ledger scrutiny, and schedule preparation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

 Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance including return filings,

reconciliations, challans, and documentation.

 Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including listed entity

norms and SEBI-related finance regulations.

 Assist in CMA data preparation, working capital documentation, and banking

compliance.

Audit & Controls

 Participate in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

 Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

 Maintain proper documentation for audit trails, statutory records, and compliance

reports.

Team Support & Coordination





 Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy and

completeness of financial data.

 Provide support to senior finance team members as required.

Requirements

Education

 Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

 Freshers with completed CA qualification and relevant articleship experience in

Accounting, Finance, or Taxation can apply.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

 Valuable understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory

compliance.

 Knowledge of CMA data preparation and compliance for listed entities is

preferred.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / ERP systems.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team

environment.
