Job Description: RO Service Engineer

Job Summary

A Reverse Osmosis (RO) Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing reverse osmosis water purification systems. They operate across residential units, commercial offices, or large-scale industrial water treatment plants to ensure water parameters meet strict quality and safety standards.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

- System Installation: Assemble, wire, plumb, and safely deploy RO plants at client sites.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance logs, including periodic membrane replacements, system flushes, and filter media refreshes (sand/carbon)
- Water Quality Diagnostics: Run analytical chemical tests to measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH balance, conductivity, and chlorine levels.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults, fluid leakages, structural control valve errors, and high-pressure pump system failures.
- Electrical & Controls Upkeep: Repair and maintain copper wiring, UV/UF components, dosing pumps, and electrical control panels.




- Client & AMC Management: Handle client service calls, resolve complaints, and manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) registration updates.

Key Skills and Technical Proficiencies

- Equipment Mastery: Deep knowledge of system components such as membranes, pressure vessels, multiport valves, and dosing systems.
- Plumbing & Wiring: Proficiency in mapping pipework systems and reading technical schematic blueprints.
- Problem-Solving: Strong capability to logically troubleshoot issues.
- Soft Skills: Transparent communication for client interactions and accurate technical reporting

Educational and Experience Requirements

- Education: A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Plumbing or relavant to this.
- Experience: Typically ranges from entry-level/fresher roles up to 1–2+ years of specialized field service experience for commercial or industrial water system.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
