Oxion Builders is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective and existing clients, maintain strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the home construction journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and site teams regarding client requirements.
- Assist customers by providing project information and regular updates.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries.
- Prepare daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
