Performance Marketing Team Lead - Digital Marketing Agency

Role: Lead and scale paid campaigns to drive ROI for clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube

- Lead a team of 2-4 performance marketers. Assign tasks, review work, and train

- Set budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling plans to meet CPL/CPA/ROAS goals

- Analyze data in GA4, build reports, and share insights with clients

- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences

- Stay updated on ad platform changes and new growth tactics

- Coordinate with content, design, and web teams for campaign assets

Requirements:

- 2-4 years experience in performance marketing, 1-2 years in a team lead role

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager

- Robust analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and GA4

- Experience managing ₹10L+/month ad budgets is a plus

- Results-driven, good at team management and client communication
