Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous SAP Documentation Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive documentation for various SAP modules and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP functionalities, excellent technical writing skills, and the ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into explicit, concise, and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a wide range of SAP documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, process flows, functional specifications, technical specifications, training materials, and system administration guides.
- Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Translate complex SAP system functionalities, business processes, and technical specifications into easily understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to established company standards, templates, and best practices for consistency, quality, and branding.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle,



including version control, review cycles, approvals, and timely updates to reflect system changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and observation sessions with subject matter experts to extract critical information for documentation purposes.
- Support training initiatives by developing and delivering effective training content and materials based on the created documentation.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities, documenting test cases, scripts, and results as needed.
- Proactively identify areas for documentation improvement and implement solutions to enhance usability, accessibility, and effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain a central repository for all SAP-related documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval for relevant stakeholders.
- Conversant with SAP demo environments including guides, supporting content for Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions, including Golden Demo Master (GDM).

- Developing demo scenarios for SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

- Authoring user guides, API documentation, and SDK documentation

- Experience working on tools like Snagit, DMR Tool, Adobe Suite, SAP Demo Authoring, MadCap Flare, Visio
