Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: - Location: Kasper Square, Recent Alkapuri road, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities: -

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview status and joining.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills:-

- 1–2 years of recruitment experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or other Non-IT sectors.
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
