Job Summary

Hedge School is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who have a proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and brand building. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the digital presence of Hedge School and Hedge Club while driving measurable business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

● Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

● Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing initiatives.

● Build and maintain a strong online presence across social media platforms while increasing audience engagement.

● Create and implement content marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.

● Support the promotion of educational programmes, events, and business initiatives through digital campaigns.

● Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize ROI.

● Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and business development teams to achieve lead generation and enrollment targets.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing opportunities.

● Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and key marketing metrics.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Education, EdTech, BFSI,



or Training sector.

● Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing with measurable campaign results.

● Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

● Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital analytics tools.

● Excellent copywriting, communication, and content strategy skills.

● Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

● Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing.

● Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

● Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

● Experience in managing educational brands or lead-generation campaigns.
