Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval promptly.
- Open vehicle doors and assist guests with luggage when required.
- Escort guests to the hotel entrance when appropriate.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions when requested.

Vehicle Handling

- Drive and park guest vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ensure vehicles are parked only in designated areas.
- Handle all vehicle keys securely and maintain accurate key records.
- Inspect vehicles for any visible damage before parking and report any findings immediately.
- Return vehicles to guests in the same condition they were received.

Safety & Security

- Follow all traffic rules and hotel safety procedures.
- Report accidents, damages, suspicious activities, or security concerns immediately.
- Ensure guest vehicles and belongings are protected at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.

Operational Duties

- Maintain accurate valet parking logs and vehicle movement records.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Security departments for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist with traffic management during peak hours and hotel events.
- Support other guest service operations when required.

Qualifications

- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.




- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Previous experience as a valet driver, chauffeur, or hotel driver is preferred.

- Excellent driving and vehicle handling skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations.
- Valuable time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry guest luggage when required.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- May be required to work overtime during peak occupancy or special events.

- Guest satisfaction with valet service.
- Timely vehicle retrieval and parking.
- Zero preventable vehicle accidents or damages.
- Compliance with hotel SOPs and safety standards.
- Accuracy of vehicle and key records.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and attendance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
