About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to assist in daily online order processing and marketplace operations. This role involves handling website and marketplace orders, updating records, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and process orders received from the website
- Coordinate order dispatch and shipping
- Update order status in internal Google Sheets/Excel trackers
- Track and update marketplace payments (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and payments
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts team when required
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks as per business needs
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive operational tasks efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
