- 2-8 years of experience in Application installation and maintenance in Windows Server environments supporting both single-node and multi-node architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database management, user management, and SQL script execution.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning, index management, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of IIS administration and web application deployment.
- Experience with Windows Server environments and application migration/upgrade activities.
- Hands-on experience with Service Accounts, Active Directory, Firewall Rules, and SFTP Connectivity.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting MSMQ and other integration components.
- Ability to independently install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot applications across SIT, UAT, PROD, and DR environments.
- Experience producing technical documentation, installation guides, and migration runbooks.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Exposure to enterprise transaction processing or reconciliation platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
