Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Head with at least five years in the digital agency space. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of digital solutions, a proven ability to drive business growth, and a well-established network on the brand side. This role will focus on expanding MediaX's business, exploring opportunities in foreign markets, building agency partnerships, and enhancing overall revenue.

Responsibilities and Duties (May include but are not limited to):

- Seek out and respond to floating RFPs in the market, assembling and presenting compelling pitches to brands.

- Develop and maintain relationships using LinkedIn, generating outbound leads, and successfully closing business deals.

- Actively engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

- Successfully manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring seamless execution.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital and creative fields, maintaining a strong knowledge base.

- Mentor and develop the junior business development team,



delegating tasks to empower their growth.

- Attend relevant industry events and conferences, representing MediaX as an ambassador and expanding the agency's network.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize strategies.

- Explore and develop new business opportunities in foreign markets, contributing to MediaX's global expansion.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in securing new business for agencies.

- A minimum of five years' experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency, with at least two years in a leadership role.

- Operational experience is a plus: brand strategists/account management.

- Post-graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, including branding, websites, social media, and performance marketing.

- Must be willing to travel to our Delhi Office (Shahpur Jat) four days a week.

- Should have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
