Job Summary

Flybunch International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chinese Language Expert to support our Procurement & Purchase team. The role involves coordinating with Chinese suppliers and vendors, managing purchase activities,and purchases products , handling sourcing communication, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement processes. Candidates with HSK Level 4 or HSK Level 5 certification and strong Mandarin communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding procurement and purchasing activities.
- Communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) for quotations, negotiations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Source IT hardware products from Chinese vendors based on business requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers and ensure timely communication.
- Resolve supplier queries and coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and operations teams.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchase-related documentation.




- Assist in vendor evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers.

Requirements

- HSK Level 4 or HSK Level 5 certification (Preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Positive negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in the IT Hardware industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
