- Experience in electrical panel board assembly (wiring, connections, and component installation).
- Preferred experience in the solar industry (e.g., working with solar inverters, DC combiner boxes, or related electrical components).
- Ability to use hand and power tools for assembly.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical panels.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical
