About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting employee documents, preparing joining kits, and assisting with induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRMS accurately.
- Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
- Help prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
