We are seeking a skilled Storage & Backup Operations Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to support enterprise storage and backup environments.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting storage and backup infrastructure, handling ServiceNow incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets while ensuring adherence to operational SLAs.
- The role requires hands-on experience with NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell PowerStore/Unity, and Veeam Backup & Recovery technologies.
- The ideal candidate should proactively identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Experience in automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting or automation tools to improve team efficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset,
and a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adopting current technologies are essential for success in this role.
