Job description
Should be able to conduct normal deliveries independently and suture episiotomy independently. To handle OP and emergency cases.
Should be able to apply forceps, vacuum independently, and be able to do all Gynaec surgeries and caesarean section independently.
To follow the hospital practices and demonstrate initiative aligned to ensuring the safest possible workplace for patients and staff.
To do call duties and attend tonight duties as per roster.
To participate and contribute to the departmental quality initiatives
To be aware of departments performance and objective
To carry out data collection / support in data collection
To adhere the safety norms of the hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules
To perform any task/job as and when assigned by the superior
Desired Candidate Profile
Rota duties in Labour Room & wards, assisting in LSCS
Qualification: MBBS/BAMS /MD/MS, DNB - Obstetrics and Genecology, DGO, Obgyn experience in high/medium volume Maternity Center
