Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the founder/team on field visits for client meetings
- Coordinate with outsourcing partners and vendors
- Generate recent leads through cold calling
- Handle follow-ups and client relationship management
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports
- Identify new business growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and presentable personality (for client meetings)
- Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred
- Must have a bike/vehicle (for field visits)
- Familiarity with the local area (nearby candidates preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
