Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Source new gold loan customers through field visits, local market mapping, cold calls, and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly loan sourcing and disbursement goals.
- Customer Engagement: Explain gold loan products, schemes, and perks clearly to prospective clients.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure smooth and fast loan processing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with clients to encourage renewals, repeat business, and product cross-selling. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline .
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in gold loans, banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Skills: Strong local market knowledge, active communication skills, and high target orientation.
- Preferred: Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local field travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
