Reporting To: Project Manager / Planning Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our real estate projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project milestones, and activity sequencing.
- Prepare look-ahead plans (2-week,



4-week, and monthly schedules).
- Establish project timelines in coordination with project managers and site teams.

Project Monitoring & Control

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved schedules.
- Identify delays, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare recovery plans to mitigate project delays.
- Track critical activities using Critical Path Method (CPM).

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop project dashboards, S-Curves, manpower histograms, and resource utilization reports.
- Present progress reports to senior management during project review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
