- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging daily lesson plans that align with state board requirements.
- Interactive Learning: Present lessons in a comprehensive manner using visual/audio aids, audiobooks, and practical activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Skill Development: Teach Odia grammar, prose, poetry, and literature while improving students' vocabulary and comprehension.
- Student Assessment: Create, assign, and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations to track and evaluate student progress.
- Classroom Management: Establish and enforce a respectful, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
- Parent-Teacher Engagement: Participate in school events, assemblies, and regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
