Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a skilled Senior Machine Operator to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process in our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production lines. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently to meet production targets.
✔Troubleshoot machine issues, conduct routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs when needed.
✔Train and guide junior machine operators to improve efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
✔Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
✔Maintain detailed records of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules.
✔Work closely with production and quality control teams to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
✔Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a cosmetics or skincare manufacturing environment.
✔Experience in handling automated and semi-automated machinery used in filling, mixing, and packaging.
✔Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, and quality standards in cosmetic manufacturing.
✔Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and process documentation.
✔Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging reports and machine data.

Soft Skills:

✔Leadership and team management skills to mentor junior operators.




✔Problem-solving and analytical thinking for troubleshooting machine-related issues.
✔Attention to detail to ensure precision in production.
✔Strong communication skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
✔Adaptability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume production environment.

Education & Experience:

✔Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
✔5+ years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
✔Experience with automated production lines and high-speed machinery is a plus.
