Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences through in-depth discussions and regular reviews.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations,



and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, investment advisors, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions and seamless service.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client portfolios, performance, and future recommendations.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Actively participate in business development activities to acquire recent clients and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
