​Job Overview

​We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end digital marketing efforts, craft compelling campaigns, manage performance marketing channels, and clearly communicate strategy and results to stakeholders.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, and Content Marketing).
- ​Communication & Messaging: Write concise, engaging ad copy, content blueprints, and client/internal presentations. Articulate strategic ideas clearly across cross-functional teams.
- ​Performance Marketing: Oversee paid ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI, lower CAC, and drive high-quality leads or sales.
- ​SEO & Content Strategy:



Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical) to drive organic traffic growth.
- ​Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics and present actionable, easy-to-understand reports and insights to management.
- ​Brand Strategy: Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital customer touchpoints.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role.
- ​Communication Skills: Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- ​Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar), and Email Automation tools.
- ​Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to turn raw campaign numbers into actionable strategic tweaks.
- ​Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
