We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment of Sales professionals for our SaaS-based HRMS platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hiring for SaaS sales roles, including Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, Account Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Enterprise Sales professionals. The role requires a proactive recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to attract high-performing sales talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for SaaS sales positions.
- Hire talent for roles including Inside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, and Sales Leadership.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, role requirements, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SaaS sales professionals.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
- Strengthen the employer brand through professional candidate engagement and recruitment initiatives.




- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the SaaS industry.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for SaaS product companies, preferably in HRMS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software platforms.
- Solid experience recruiting for sales and business development roles.

Required Skills

- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience hiring for HRMS or SaaS platform sales teams will be given preference.
- Experience recruiting talent across South India and handling volume hiring for sales functions is an added advantage.
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore or willing to work from HSR Layout, Bangalore are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
