MAK India Limited, Coimbatore - We are Looking for QA/QC Microbiologist immediately.

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology

Job Responsibilities

- Perform microbiological quality testing.
- Prepare culture media and maintain microbial cultures.
- Assist in inoculum production and dispatch.
- Operate microbiology laboratory equipment.
- Record QC results and maintain laboratory documents.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and safety in the laboratory.
- Support R&D; and product development activities.
- Follow SOPs, GLP, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Work in the laboratory, production plant, and field whenever required.

Required Knowledge

- Basic microbiology laboratory techniques
- Microbial culture and microbiological testing
- Sterilization and aseptic handling
- Quality Control (QC)
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)




- Laboratory documentation and record keeping

Equipment Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge of operating:

- Autoclave
- Incubator
- Laminar Air Flow (LAF)
- Hot Air Oven
- Microscope
- pH Meter
- Colony Counter
- Weighing Balance
- Other basic microbiology laboratory equipment

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of Microbiology
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
