- Production Planning: Build daily and weekly schedules. Ensure orders are finished on time.
- Team Management: Lead and train workers in steps like casting, polishing, and stone setting.
- Quality Control: Check finished pieces against design drawings. Fix issues like rough edges or loose stones.
- Material Control: Track expensive materials like gold and silver to prevent loss during refining and shaping.
- Inventory Management: Order tools, metals, and gems. Keep enough stock for upcoming orders.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
