We're hiring Trainees/Technicians to join our Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team in Gujarat. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to start a career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector, with hands-on training and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the solar power plant
- Support routine inspections, fault detection, and preventive maintenance
- Work alongside senior technicians and engineers on-site
- Follow all safety protocols, including work at height where applicable

Requirements:

- Diploma or ITI qualification
- Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Must be medically fit




- Willing to work in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working at heights (as required)
