We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interiors to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan and supervise site activities to ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure timely project handover with all required documentation.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of interior fit-out execution and project management.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or corporate interior projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP certification or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with BOQ preparation, billing, vendor management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Project engineer in interiors: 3 years (Required)
