Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound qualified leads received through the marketing and pre-sales teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present product features and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of opportunities.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud Telephony, or B2B software sales will be an added advantage.
- Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
