We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle in our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Payroll processing and salary administration
- Benefits management and compliance with labor laws
- Performance reviews, employee relations, and exit interviews
- Maintaining HR records and policies

Requirements:

- Freshers or Preferred 2+ years HR experience covering recruitment to exit
- Robust knowledge of payroll systems and local employment regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Long-term commitment (minimum 3+ years preferred)
