Leaders Fitness Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students in their career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel and guide students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of counseling or sales is an added advantage
