The role involves speaking with customers over phone calls, providing service details, responding to enquiries, and maintaining friendly customer communication. Candidates should have positive Tamil communication skills and a confident, positive approach. Freshers are welcome to apply. No sales targets are involved in this role. Attractive performance incentives and bonuses will be offered based on communication quality and overall performance.
