Design and develop CNC programs for tools, dies, and molds using CAD/CAM software.
Responsibilities
- - Create CNC programs (VMC/CNC)
- Read drawings and 3D models
- Select tools, speeds and feeds
- Run simulation to avoid errors
- Improve cycle time and machining process
- Support operators during setup and issues
Skills Required
- - Knowledge in CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, Autodesk Power Mill & Autodesk Power Shape)
- Experience in VMC, CNC
- Basic GD&T; knowledge
- Use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
Qualification
- - BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die)
Experience
- - 3 to 5 years in Tool Room (CAD/CAM)
- Knowledge of forging dies and tools machining will be an added advantage
