- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime/ERP systems.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and perform GST reconciliations with books of accounts.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and quarterly return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q), including reconciliation with Form 26AS.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and fund positions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers with proper supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely book closures.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports for decision-making.
- Monitor fixed assets,



depreciation schedules, and maintain asset registers.
- Verify employee reimbursements, payroll-related accounting entries, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation, and data backups for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, loan documentation, and banking-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and support process improvements in the finance function.
- Handle e-invoicing, e-way bill generation, and reconciliation wherever applicable.
- Train and guide junior accounting staff and assist management with financial planning and budgeting requirements.
