About the Role
Redi India works inside customer plants and provides quality inspection, quality management, and supplier development services to Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality service operations at customer sites.
- Coordinate with customer quality teams and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead and manage teams of Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Quality Inspectors.
- Plan manpower deployment and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle recruitment, training, and skill development of site teams.
- Manage multiple customer locations and projects.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Optimise the use of manpower, materials, and transportation resources.
Required Skills
- Experience in Quality, Production, or Logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good command of English.
