- Plan, organize, and supervise sports activities, tournaments, and annual sports events.
- Promote student participation in indoor and outdoor sports.
- Maintain sports facilities, grounds, equipment, and inventory.
- Coach and mentor students for inter-college, university, state, and national competitions.
- Coordinate with sports associations and governing bodies.
- Ensure safety standards during sports activities.
- Prepare sports calendars, budgets, reports, and event documentation.
- Encourage fitness and wellness initiatives across the campus.

Girls Hostel Warden

- Manage the day-to-day administration of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure discipline, safety, security, and overall well-being of hostel residents.
- Monitor attendance,



hostel records, and occupancy.
- Address student grievances and provide guidance and counseling.
- Coordinate with parents, faculty, and administration regarding student welfare.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, sanitation, and mess services.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
- Organize recreational, cultural, and awareness programs for hostel residents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle emergencies promptly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in sports administration and hostel management is preferred.
