We are seeking a results-driven professional to handle end-to-end sales and marketing for a premium staycation property. The role focuses on increasing bookings, building solid partnerships, and positioning the property as a luxury destination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive bookings and maximize occupancy
- Manage digital marketing (social media, ads, listing platforms)
- Build partnerships with agents, corporates, and influencers
- Handle customer inquiries and close sales
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional packages

Requirements:

- Experience in hospitality / real estate / luxury sales
- Strong sales closing and marketing skills
- Knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com
- Good communication and negotiation ability

Compensation:
Fixed + performance-based incentives (linked to revenue)

Goal:
Increase revenue, improve brand visibility, and ensure high occupancy rates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
