Job Title: Digital Apprenticeship

Duration: 6 months (Paid Apprenticeship)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Apprenticeship to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in key areas of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, paid campaigns, PPC, advertisements, email marketing, and lead generation, Website Designing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, creating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Work on paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and improve conversions.
- Assist in creating, running, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across digital channels.
- Help design, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation activities to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in website content updates, website management, and coordination for website design and development activities.
- Support content creation and content writing for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.




- Work closely with the sales team by supporting digital sales initiatives and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Gain hands-on experience across all functions of the Digital Department, including Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, Sales Support, Website Design & Development, Content Writing, and Online Brand Management.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the overall growth of the organization's digital presence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Candidate must have completed a Digital Marketing course, certification, summer internship, or internship in a relevant digital marketing profile.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Familiarity with how marketing and customer acquisition work in a business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidate should have a genuine interest in building a career in Digital Marketing and should not be completely recent to the domain.
- Prior academic projects, certifications, internships, or practical exposure in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- We are happy to provide complete on-the-job training to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to work.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month
