Process Operations Trainee Role Overview:

As a Process Operations Intern at LawCrust, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through structured processes and coordination. From managing workflows and tracking tasks to improving internal processes you’ll contribute to operational efficiency and gain hands-on experience in how businesses function behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who has positive communication skills, is detail-oriented, and is eager to build a career in operations and management.

Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Laptop: Candidate must have a laptop
Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-fri)

9:00am to 2:00pm (Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Execution
Monitor daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed on time
Assist in managing workflows across different departments
Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams for task execution and updates
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth communication flow
Act as a bridge between different departments

Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain reports and track daily performance metrics




Update operational data and prepare status reports
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes

Process Improvement
Suggest improvements to streamline operations
Assist in implementing better workflows and systems
Ensure processes are followed consistently
