Branch Manager – VXV Creations

Job Summary

VXV Creations is looking for a Branch Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the branch. The role requires strong coordination, operational control, and team management to ensure smooth execution of office work, design, printing, dispatch, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations: Oversee all office activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate design and printing: Supervise the progress of design approvals and printing jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Handle dispatch and product movement: Take charge of packing, dispatch, courier coordination, and sending finished products to clients.
- Team supervision: Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination among office, design, production, and dispatch teams.
- Client coordination: Provide order updates, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operational monitoring:



Track job status, delivery schedules, and overall branch efficiency.

Requirements

- Any Degree (MBA or management background is an advantage).
- 2+ years of experience in operations, printing, advertising, branding, or office management.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of printing and design workflow preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and operational reporting.

Role Ownership

The Branch Manager will serve as the single point of operational control for the branch, ensuring that every order moves efficiently from office → design → printing → dispatch → client delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
